It is true that trying to turn an epic television crime drama tragedy into an epic crime book is no easy feat, especially in a country which the author had never been before, but David Hewson did it, and did it expertly and splendidly too! About the author: David Hewson is well-known for his crime-thriller fiction set in European cities. He is the author of nine novels in the highly acclaimed Detective Nic Costa series, which are set mostly in Rome.
