Inspector Cataldo's Criminal Summer by Luigi Guicciardi

About the author:  Born in Modena, Italy, a high school professor and literary critic, Luigi Guicciardi is the creator of Inspector Cataldo, a policeman protagonist of many successful thrillers.

Inspector Cataldo's Criminal Summer (2010) - the only book by Luigi Guicciardi translated into the English set in a fictional Italian town called Guiglia - is translated from the Italian by Iain Halliday.
