The Bertie Project (2016) is the eleventh book in the light-hearted and gently insightful 44 Scotland Street series set in Edinburgh, Scotland. The series move beyond its setting to deal with deep moral issues and love, desire and friendship, city life and human foibles.
About the author: Alexander McCall Smith is one of the world's most prolific and most popular authors.
